Chad Nathaniel Smith

Born on August 9, 1985 in Tallahassee, Chad will forever be remembered by his daughters Madison and Skylar, mother and step-father Pamela and Jeff Jones, father and step-mother James and Julie Smith, brother James "Jay" Smith, sisters Trinity Godwin and Shelby Smith, grandmothers Bonnie Jones and Helen Smith, two nieces, two nephews along with a countless number of family and friends who were blessed to know him.Chad touched the lives of many people with his smile, wit and charming personality. He loved listening to music, spending time with family and friends and being there for others. Chad's adventurous and carefree spirit was evident in his love of travel and making new friends. His warm laughter and gentle nature will forever be missed by the people who loved him.

Friends and family are invited to attend and celebrate Chad's life at his funeral service on Saturday February 12, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Culley's Meadow Wood Funeral Home, 1737 Riggins Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32308. Viewing/Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, February 11, at Culley's Riggins Road Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Teen Challenge of Tallahassee, FL.
