Charles grew up in the Atlanta area and graduated from Stone Mountain High School. He studied CNC programming, manufacturing, and machining at what is now Georgia Piedmont Technical College in Clarkston, Georgia. He had a successful career as a CNC programmer in the manufacturing industry for over 30 years.
Charles was an avid water skier and enjoyed competition water skiing throughout the years. He was a popular tournament ski boat senior driver for world class water ski competition professionals.
Charles is preceded in death by his father, Louis Quin Moore, of Tallahassee, Florida. Charles is survived by his mother, Caroline Moore, also of Tallahassee, Florida, his brother, Robert Moore, of New York, New York, several cousins, and dear, longtime friends.
