

Cleo Rigby Cutright passed away peacefully at home on Easter Sunday, April 20th. Cleo was born on September 5, 1929 in Baltimore, Maryland. She was married on February 20, 1955 to John Esmond Cutright (deceased). Being a Coast Guard wife, she lived all over the United States, most recently in Cape May, New Jersey and St. Simons, Georgia, before settling down for the last twelve years at Cherry Laurel Retirement Community in Tallahassee, FL, to be closer to her only child, Stephen. Cleo is survived by her son Stephen Cutright and his wife Debbie, her four grandchildren, Michael Crow (Sean), Kelly Fox (Eric), Erin Cutright, and Katherine Jacques (Kevin), and five great-grandchildren, Caleb, Isaiah and Elijah Fox, Alexis Crow and Allison Jacques. She is also survived by her three sister-in-laws, Arlene Norris, Elma Rigby, and Jean Cutright-Carotenuti, and many loving nieces and nephews. Cleo was preceded in death by her sister Ruth Burgan and brother, Robert Rigby. Cleo dearly loved her friends and family and she will be missed by all. Cleo was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Tallahassee. In lieu of flowers, Cleo asked that memorial donations be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd, Tallahassee, FL 32308, or Grace Lutheran Church, 2919 Miccosukee Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32308.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, 2919 Miccosukee Road, on Thursday, April 24th at 11:00am. The family will receive visitors prior to the service at 10:30 am. There will be a fellowship reception after the service. A graveside service and burial will be held the following day, Friday, April 25th, at Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Mary’s, Georgia at 11:00am.
