I worked with David at Aderant, and I always loved working with him.

I am sorry for your loss,  David was a great person and will be missed.  He was always calm and collected and kept things going in the right direction.  I will miss him.

The world was a better place with David in it. He used to make me laugh to the point of stitches! He really was a stand up, beautiful man and will be sorely missed

From Atlanta, GA, heartfelt condolences. I am among the numerous Aderant clients that David occasionally assisted, and his support was consistently exceptional. Collaborating with him was a truly positive experience. My deepest sympathies extend to all who had the privilege of knowing him and to those who held him dear.

Really shocked to hear this sad news.

My condolences to David's entire family. May god give you all courage in this difficult time.  

David was very helpful to me when I was at Aderant and always  prompt responding to me. He always gave the correct advise or managed to find a solution for my problems.

My thoughts and prayers are with David's family.  He was always my go to person for GL at Aderant and quite honestly, i just really liked him as a person and enjoyed talking with him,  He will be sorely missed by all of his clients, co-workers, friends and most of all family.

I have worked with David for just shy of 25 years and always thought it would be for many more, even though he consistently said 'only 2 more years' every year ;-).  We have shared so many memories from just sitting at work talking and sharing stories, to brainstorming on many cases and projects, to hanging out at conferences and off-site meetings.  We always had cubicles next to each other and then offices, and even though we weren't in the office together anymore the last few years, I talked to him daily. I will miss our chats and his funny stories. David was the hardest worker and such a morale builder for everyone at Aderant, and I will miss him so terribly much.  

He also had such a special relationship with so many of our clients; it was his way to put that extra touch in all that he did.  

Cayla - As much as David worked so much and so hard, you were the center of his world and he talked about you all of the time; so many of us laughed at the stories he would tell and we could always hear the love in his voice for you. I am so glad that you are part of this Aderant family, and please know you always will be.
I am sending my love and prayers during this difficult time, but the memories will help carry you through.

Dave Yerg is like family I get to see every year at the Aderant conference. On top of his extensive knowledge in accounting/ general ledger, he is also a great people person. I remember how much he loved to dance and made sure others around him are also having a good time too. A few months ago at Denver, Debbie, Dave and I were saying how many fans he has at Momentum, and that we should put up a "Dave Yerg's Fan Club" sign in front of his sessions. He also told us how he likes to see others move up in their career.  He is so genuine. I look up to him a lot.

Always your biggest fan

To David Yerg's wife, my sincere and deepest condolences.  You are in my deepest thoughts and prayers.  Words are difficult to express in times like this and this is no exception.  

When you deal with the Aderant support team, sometimes on a regular basis, they become an extension of your brothers and sisters.    You cannot help but feel they are part of your family even though they are outside your work space.

Like many others, David knew his stuff when it came to the Aderant system, especially the GL.    If you were in a jam and you spoke to him, you knew he was giving you the best solution to solve your problem.  And solve your problem he did.  

David would always make you feel like a close friend that you haven’t seen in a long time.   It was an honor to have talked to him, worked with him, and spend a few beers together at the Momentum Conferences.   He will be missed as a colleague, an extended co-worker, and as a friend.   

Be strong.  Keep his memories in your mind and share them with everyone.  I will remember him fondly and miss him greatly.

I had the privilege to meet Dave in person many years ago during one of Aderant conference. Dave has always been very kind to all of us from Akin Gump. He solves our problems with his top-notch Aderant knowledge and superior customer services. 
To the Yerg family, please accept my deepest condolence. I hope Dave rest in peace and we will miss him.

I have never known a kinder, more loving man than David; he and Cayla were two peas in a pod.

Cayla, I hate that he left so soon and so young.

I had the privilege of being one of David’s clients for 20 years.  Over the years David was our compass for all things GL related.  His knowledge of the GL tables, processes and impact to all other database tables was unmatched.  On numerous occasions he assisted us with cleaning up large-scale problems.  When David reached out to help, we knew we were getting the best and the brightest.  He was patient and kind and a great teacher.  I so enjoyed getting to spend time with him each year at the conference.  To his family and friends please accept our heartfelt condolences.  He will be sorely missed.

Deepest condolences from Omaha, NE.  I am one of those Aderant users that David would help from time to time and his support was always top notch.  He was great to work with and I can only imagine the loss you all feel.  My sympathies to all who knew and loved him.

I miss the MEMEs David regularly sent to members of our Support Department.  They were inspiring and thoughtful.  Thanks for your friendship and kindness, David!  Sending heart felt condolences to Cayla.  You and the rest of us have lost a very good soul.  Rest in peace, David.

Never had a chance to meet David face to face, however David and I spent many hours on the phone in the course of our long careers over the last 23 years. He was always the professional and never lacked a correct solution to our issues. He has left this world too soon. He will be sorely missed as I pass along my sincere condolences to his family and friends.
