Debi was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and strived to be a faithful Christian, daughter, sister, wife, and mother, in spite of a challenging upbringing and lifelong health issues. She strove to consider others first, but relished her independence. She had numerous hobbies, and loved her cats, who kept her great company. She worked in various careers, especially related to her Associate Degree in Business.
Debi was preceded in death by her father Raymond Francis Kraft; mother Barbara Lorraine Bishop Kraft; sister Julie Ann Louise Wiggs; and nieces Jessica Leigh Smith and Megan Elizabeth Kraft.
Debi is survived by her son Charles Joseph Lier; brother Terry Lee Kraft (Melanie); and sister Kathryn Lorraine Kraft-Wardwell (Scott); as well as a niece and nephews.
In keeping with her wishes, no formal services will be held. Her ashes will find a place along the St. Johns River, which flows through her hometown of Jacksonville, Florida, and near her beloved Jaguars’ stadium. She invites others to remember her while listening to her favorite music, Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture, and reading her favorite scripture, Psalm 23.
