She was born in Ocala, Florida on July 27, 1947.
Carole graduated from Jacksonville Tech High School in 1965. She was married to Phil Ferguson for 48 years. She has been a member of Lafayette Presbyterian Church since 1986 and enjoyed RV camping and Southern Gospel.
She is survived by her husband, Phil; a son, Joey (Chris) and a daughter, Phyllis Papka (Dan), and 3 grandchildren: Holden, Sydney, and Cassidy.
She was predeceased by her father and mother, Moses and Janie Milton of Jacksonville, Florida and her sister, Iris Roberts, also of Jacksonville.
Funeral arrangements will be held at Tallahassee National Cemetery.
