

Emmy is preceded in death by his parents Macatio Sitjar and Encarnacion Morillo Sitjar,
Wife Patricia Ann Sitjar of 25 years, Jessicia Middleton , Gaspar Sitjar, Melchor Sitjar
Emmy survived by Randy Middleton (Paige) Frank Middleton (Yvette) John Middleton,
Dante Sitjar(Marilyn) fourteen Grandchildren, ten Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Grandson
Emmy served in the US Navy Ret 23yrs and Retired with the Navy Base Galley as a chef.
Emmy enjoyed bowling, fishing, cooking, gambling and karaoke. He loved singing all hours of the morning and had a carefree outlook on life. Emmy loved his family and friends. He will be truly missed. Emmy was a simple man but gave everything he had to anyone in need. Emmy could make you laugh and when you left him you simply shook your head because he openly expressed his thoughts.
Emmy enjoyed life to the fullest and always had a new story to tell or even the same story again.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of National Cremation and Burial Society in Milton.
Emmy’s visitation will be held on Friday, February 5th from 9:00AM Family 10:00AM Public to 12:00PM at National Cremation and Burial Society.
The graveside service will begin at 12:30PM on Friday, February 5th at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.
Catered Reception to follow graveside service at 1:30PM on Friday, February 5th at Eastern Gate Gardens and Funeral Home.
