Frederick M Cramer

Fred was born in Cranford, New Jersey to Harry Pierce Cramer and Helen May (Bonney) Cramer.

After graduating from Cranford High School, Fred joined the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He then Honorably Discharged and began his career with the United States Weather Service, now known as NOAA. As well as his many advancements and achievements with NOAA, Fred continued his educational achievements including a Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State University, a Masters Degree in Meteorology from the University of Oregon and a Doctorate Degree in Climatology. Fred retired from his distinguished career as MIC Meteorologist In Charge from the Tallahassee, Florida NOAA office.

Fred was also a participating lifetime member of the Lions Club International, Serving as President of the local organizations throughout the years.

Fred married Helen Marie (Clark) Cramer August 8, 1953. They had four children Elizabeth, Susan, Frederick and Scott. Fred and Helen were happily married until Helen's death March 12, 1990.

Fred married Janette Rae Cramer June 15, 1991. Fred and Janette enjoyed traveling on many adventures to Europe. They particularly enjoyed visiting Austria and the Spanish Riviera. They were very active in Square Dancing. They enjoyed visiting Janette's children, Bill, Clyde, Lynette, Annette and Annette's husband Earl Getch. Their grandchildren Tiffany, Brittany, Heather, Garrett, Keith, Herb, Daniel, Matthew, Jon, Carmen, Christina, Stephanie, Amelia, Justin and nephew, Leigh Fountain.

Fred and Janette were married until Janette's death, July 18, 2014.

Fred married Elizabeth (Matuska) Cramer September 2015 until his death January 20, 2024.And is Survived by Elizabeth Cramer. They resided at Azalea Trace in Pensacola Florida. Fred enjoyed all the Activities at Azalea Trace including Music performances, Classes, Bridge Tournaments and Monthly formal Galas. Fred also enjoyed his weekly lunches with his Men's Group, The Romeos.

Frederick Miller Cramer is survived by his children, Elizabeth Ann (Cramer) Herring, Susan Lynn Cramer, Frederick William Cramer, Scott Robert Cramer.
