Gloria Jane Everett

Gloria fought breast cancer silently for many years. She was strong and resilient, her strength was admirable especially in her last days. She peacefully passed in her home surrounded by loved ones on Monday morning June 10, 2024, at the age of 66, in Tallahassee, FL.

Gloria was a devoted wife to Bruce Kensley Everett for 48 years and a loving mother to six children: Jessica (Josh) Kelley, Bryan (Audry) Everett, Sarah (Anthony) Egger, Danielle (Layne) Holmes, Grant (Samantha) Everett, and Kate Everett. She was also a cherished grandmother to 15 grandchildren: Weston, Emmett, Liam, McKenzie, Wyatt, Tucker, Cassidy, Isaac, Eli, Ruth, Hannah, Kellan, Kylie, Elliot, Avery.

Known for her love of family and faith, Gloria was a dedicated member of LifePoint Church, where her spiritual beliefs were a guiding light in her life. She prayed fervently for all to know her heavenly father as their Lord and Savior.

In addition to her immediate family, Gloria is survived by her siblings Ronald (Debbie) Miller, Carol (Stan) Kinchen, John Miller, and Eileen (Bucky) Waller, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and loving friends.

Gloria's passions extended beyond her family and faith. She found joy in spending time with her children, cooking delicious meals, doing puzzles and exploring new destinations through her travels.

Gloria's legacy of love, faith, and devotion will forever be cherished by those who were fortunate enough to know her.

There will be a quiet family graveside service on Monday at Culleys-Meadowwood on Timberlane Road.
