He was born in Little Rock, AR on June 5, 1950 to his parents Nash Thomas “Tommy” Kinlaw and Edith Kinlaw Ussery.
Joe worked for Interstate Fire Systems: A Pye-Barker Company for many years. He was a hard worker and will be greatly missed.
He had a passion for the Florida Gators and the New York Yankees.
Joe was survived by his daughter Rebecca Kinlaw Muller and her husband Matthew Muller; grandchildren Molly and Cora; his brother Stephen “Steve” Kinlaw and his wife Brenda Kinlaw; nieces and nephews; as well as many other family members and friends.
Funeral Arrangements will be held at Riverside Memorial in Jacksonville, FL at a later date.
