

She was born in Miami, Florida on October 9, 1947. Linda, who preferred to be called Danielle, graduated South Dade High School and received an AA Degree from St. Petersburg Community College.
Danielle was born into an Air Force family and in her youth traveled and lived in many states and the country of Japan. She was at once eclectic and bohemian and yet at the same time conservative and religious. The day she left us she joined her Lord in heaven on the greatest journey of her lifetime.
She was married to Richard (Dick) Shaw in 1980 and began a full and active life in the Madiera Beach Community Danielle was a wonderful homemaker and worked to support her husband and family in the gas business. She worked her way through college. She was active in the local library and built a career in library science from her love of reading. Her other passion was health and fitness, where she began aerobics in the days of Jane Fonda Aerobics courses. She still has her leg warmers.
He/She was survived by husband, Dick, her son Steven, of Atlanta; and her stepchildren, Christoper (Darice) Shaw; Lisa Shaw (David) Matta; Julie Shaw (Robert) Mentry and her eight grandchildren and most recently her first great grandchild.
She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Ron (Susan) Castille, Kathy Castille Henley, Bob (Kris) Castille and Colleen Castille (Jessie) Bostick and her nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 27, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
