Margaret Anise Higgins

Peggy was a Loving Wife and Mother as well as a Talented Artist. She taught Art Classes for Many Years in the Tallahassee Area. She Loved all things Outdoors and was an Avid Angler. Her True Passion was her "Second Family". Ducks Unlimited where she is Lovingly referred to as Mama Duck. She started as a volunteer many years ago and held many positions including becoming The First Female President of the State of Florida for Ducks Unlimited.

She was preceded in Death by her Loving Husband of 60 years, Jimmy Higgins. She is survived by her 2 sons Jim and Jack Higgins as well as Jim's wife Beverly, four Grandchildren, Cody, Ryan, Lena and Alex Higgins as well as 5 Great-Grandchildren.
