She was born April 15, 1937 to Ruby and Walter Fleming in Edwardsville, IL. She married Robert Waugh in June, 1953, and lived in Edwardsville until 1969, when Robert was transferred to St Marks, Florida and the family settled in Tallahassee.
Margaret is preceded in death by her husband Robert who died in 2003. She is survived by four children, Mary Barr, Phillip Waugh, John Waugh and Marlene Reid. She is also survived by her older brother Tom Fleming of Godfrey, IL, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews that loved her.
Margaret loved spending time with her family and was the kindest, loving and most thoughtful person anyone could ever know. Her spirit lives on in the countless lives she has touched.
