Marjorie Ellen Day

Marjorie was a veteran of the Army, attended Northwoods Baptist Church and enjoyed her family, playing cards, growing flowers and dancing.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, John Day, and parents, Marguerite and Earl Jones.

Marjorie is survived by her three children: Michael (Jill) Green of Tallahassee, FL, Richard Green of Jacksonville, FL and Steven (Jeanie) Green of Tallahassee, FL; four sisters: Connie Dearden of Logansport, Indiana, Jackie Sheppard of Cutler, Ohio, Joanne Jones of Lexington, KY and Earleen Medina of Tallahassee, FL; 3 grandchildren: Amber Hayes, Adriana Green, and Allyson Green; 3 great-grandchildren: Carlos Zuniga, Madivel Zuniga and Mya Zuniga.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 6, 2019 in Northwoods Baptist Church, 3762 Capital Circle NW, Tallahassee, FL 32303. The Funeral Service will take place at 2:00 pm, on Saturday, April 6, 2019 in Northwoods Baptist Church. A military honors memorial burial service will be held at a later date.

Flowers may be sent to Culley’s Funeral Home or donations in her memory to Northwoods Baptist church.
