Martha L. Walker

She was a life long resident of Tallahassee. She had been a secretary in the Leon County School System and retired as a bookkeeper. She was a member of Forrest Heights Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Hugh Palmer Walker, of Tallahassee, three sons; Hugh Park Walker, (and wife, Donna Kay), of Tallahassee, Tracey Lane Walker of Wisconsin, and Michael Gene Walker of Tallahassee, one brother, Raleigh H. Fewell ( and wife Beverly) of Woodville, one sister, Sarah Fewell Herring of Hendersonville, NC, two grandchildren; Troy Walker and Daniel Hampton both of Tallahassee and one great granddaughter, Layla Walker of Tallahassee, nine nephews and 8 nieces.

She was predeceased by her father and mother, Dick Hardy Fewell and Minnie Lee Dalton Fewell, her sister, Hilda Fewell Daily, two brothers; Richard G. and James Harold Fewell, half brothers; Delma W. and Leonard L. Fewell, half sisters; Edna Fewell Grissett and Jewell Fewell Alcorn

Funeral service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at Forrest Heights Baptist Church with burial to follow in Woodville Cemetery.
