Terry A. Stepp died October 8, 2014 at Consulate Healthcare in Tallahassee, FL. Terry was born January 24, 1945 in Fort Worth, Texas. The family moved to the Panama Canal Zone where Terry and his brother and sister grew up. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Law. He made the JAG Corps a career, retiring from the Army and later the Department of Management Services.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila, whom he met in high school in the Canal Zone and his two sons T. Allyn Stepp of Mobile, AL and Michael W. Stepp of St. Augustine, FL.
He predeceased his father, T.A. Stepp, who is 93 years old. His mother, Rema P. Stepp, passed in 2000. He will be missed by his four grandchildren, Shelby, Makayla, Meghan and Keegan. He is survived by his sister, Jeri A. Linning of Tallahassee and his brother, Larry D. Stepp of Panama City Beach, FL.
There will not be a memorial service at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery for family and friends.
