

Terry Dean Williams was born on December 17, 1949, in Moultrie, Georgia. At the age of five, he moved with his family to Tallahassee, Florida, where he spent much of his life building both his career and cherished memories.
Terry passed away on February 13, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of love, hard work, and devotion to his family.
He was the beloved son of Howell Curtis Williams and Mae Eva Williams, and a loving brother to Howell Toney Williams and Russell Lee Williams.
Terry was a dedicated general contractor and brick mason who proudly owned and operated Williams Masonry. His craftsmanship and strong work ethic were evident in every project he completed.
He is survived by his two children, Thomas Curtis Williams and Allie Sarah Williams, whom he shared with his former wife, Lottie Leo Cook.
Terry loved the outdoors and spent many happy hours hunting, fishing, searching for artifacts, and traveling. These passions brought him peace and countless treasured memories.
A celebration of Terry’s life will be held at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home, located on Timberlane Road, on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
Terry Dean Williams will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love for family, and the joy he found in life’s simple moments. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Big Bend Hospice.
