Timothy David Jacobson was born September 19, 1943 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Tim was the toe haired youngest son of, Dorothy and Roger Jacobson with an older brother, Roger. He grew up and fell in love as a young man to his wife and lifelong companion, Judy Thornbloom, now, Judy Jacobson. They moved to FL to enjoy sun and fun and soon had the house where friends and family alike came to visit. They raised their two daughters, Julie and Janelle in this loving space. Tim was a physical therapist and had a deep commitment to helping others. With his hard work he sent his two girls successfully through college and on through medical school for Julie. He was blessed with two grandchildren, Rebecca and Xavier from Janelle and Richard. Tim passed suddenly but peacefully on Aug 19th, 2021.
He enjoyed windsurfing, sailing, sunset toasts on the beach, and his walks in the park where he would do his self-prescribed physical therapy routine to remain fit. His love of cars was life-long and could be found any morning wiping down the car to make it perfect for the day. He will be remembered by his loving wife, his daughters and their families, as well as the countless people’s lives that he touched an improved through his work.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bridges to Development, the non-profit founded by his daughter Julie at https://bridgestodevelopment.org/.
