Alvin “Birdman” Williams AKA Junior was born in St Mary, Jamaica West Indies. He was definitely a country boy, enjoying his life with his beloved grandmother. He went to Kingston Technical High School, and with all his hard work and dedication was employed by Jamacia Public Service Company as an electrician for over 10 years.
Junior migrated to the U.S. in the late 1990’s, making a home for himself in Fort Lauderdale Florida. In 2003, he found employment as an Industrial Electrician with Broward County at Fort Lauderdale Airport, where he continued until his passing. Even though he lived in the US, Jamaica was always home for him.
Junior was a man of Pride and Dignity . He was self motivated and ambitious, a quick thinker and problem solver. He was always encouraging those around him to do better. His loyalty and love for his family and friends showed in words and actions. He was kind and giving - expecting nothing in return - but pleeeease don’t disrespect him - you will see another side of him!!
He was loved by everyone who knew him. He will always be remembered for his wonderful smile and sense of humor. He knew how to put extra color in every long story …and when the music came on he was the life of the party!! His presence will be missed in every thread of our lives
He leaves to mourn many family and friends.
R.I.P. BIRDMAN gone but never forgotten.
