Juliane Hinds

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Juliane Fontenelle Hinds, formally of Grace, Vieux-Fort, Saint Lucia, who departed this life on 11th December 2025 in Florida. Juliane Hinds was born on January 10, 1952

Beloved by all, many family members are left to mourn her. Juliane Fontenelle Hinds is survived by her husband, Dudley Hinds, her son Merick Hinds, sisters Fabsie Ambrose and Filester Tertullien, brothers Joshua Fontenelle, Wright Fontenelle, and Phillip Fontenelle. 

Her greater family members also mourn her passing. Sisters in law, Janetha Hinds and Cynthia Hinds, nieces, Johann Ambrose, Thea Ambrose, Yasmine Okonkwo, Shirtal Vite, Linelle Jacob, Janelle McDonald, Camille Fontenelle and Amber Fontenelle; nephews, Randy Ambrose, Joel Ambrose, Dwight Fontenelle, Wayne Fontenelle, Kerwin Fontenelle, Lucas Fontenelle, Junior Fontenelle, Omar Fontenelle, and Theron Tertullien, as well as Juliane’s cousins, Amelia Smith, Jason Dusauzay, Denver Dusauzay, Okelle Dusauzay, Justin Trim, Urana Fontenelle, Rhumelia Anatole, Glasgow Fontenelle, and Marcellina Charlery, all come together in sadness during this difficult time.

Also deeply touched by loss are friends Joan Dash, Sandra Castillo, Colieta Lindesay, Richard Brice, Cresentia Reigs, and Leonise Francois.

The families Fontenelle, Trim, Isidore, and Charlery, as well extended family members, and friends, here and abroad, will forever mourn the loss of their precious, Juliane.

A visitation will be held at Bailey Memorial, located at 6701 West Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, FL 33319, on December 27, 2025, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place at the same venue from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

The committal service will be held at the Garden of Memory, Bailey Memorial, located at 7801 Bailey Rd, North Lauderdale, FL 33068, starting at 2:30 pm on December 27, 2025.

Following the services, there will be a repast at: Castle Gardens, 4850 NW 22nd Ct., Lauderhill, FL 33313
