Ricardo L. Reyes

He emigrated to the United States in 1957 at the age of 19. He served in the United States Army as a Medical Corpsman from December 1961 to November 1963. He received an Honorable Discharge.

He attended Broward Community College in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, graduating in 1978 with an associate in science in contracting and civil engineering.

He received a Service Recognition and Retirement Award for 28 years of service from the Florida Department of Transportation in April 1999.

He is survived by his daughters, Ruth Felsburg of Tamarac, Florida; Maria Luciano of Horsham, Pennsylvania; sisters Elsa Garcia and Milagros Noto; grandchildren Roberto S. Luciano, Cristina M. Luciano; Sara Elizabeth Felsburg; Cousin Jay Boe; nieces and nephews and great-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ricardo Reyes and Rafaela Reyes, his beloved wife of 43 years, Loida G. Reyes; his twin brother Rafael Reyes and his brother’s wife Sara, and his nephew David Reyes.
