On February 8th, 1987, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a king was born. His name was Stevenson Kirby Louis-Jeune, the first son of Monique Liberal and Dieudonne Louis-Jeune. He was behind his wife Creftina Apollon ,step-son: Kameron Gayle; sister : Daphne St. Firmin; two brothers: Vladimir D. Louis-Jeune and Henry R. Lamothe.
Steve was a believer that lived a life that represented the fruit of the spirit that expressed love, peace, joy, and kindness to others. He greeted every one with his beautiful smile that was as bright as the sunlight. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Steve was a cheerful giver. Steve took advantage of every opportunity to bless those he loved. He shared everything he had and helped anyway he can. Steve desired everyone to be happy. He had a gift to encourage others with uplifting words because he did not like to witness his family and friends to be in sorrow or distress.
Despite the problems and trials he ran into, it helped him develop endurance, which strengthen his character. He remained brave and courageous because he knew that whatever came his way that God would not give him more than he can bear. Steve was a good example of love. He was patient and kind. He was not jealous, boastful, or rude. He did not rejoice about injustice but rejoiced whenever the truth won. He never gave up, never lost faith, but remained hopeful and endured through every circumstance.
Steve was definitely a gift from God. All of us that knew Steve, rather if it was for 33 years, 15 years, or just a few months, we all can say that he lived his best life. He had more fun than sorrow. He planted love, peace, and joy, wherever he went. He searched peace and did his best to maintain it. He had a thankful heart and he appreciated everyone and everything he had.
In closing, Steve bought a whiteboard a few months ago where he kept important dates and things he wanted to accomplish. His first and only goal that he wrote was "learn how to forgive others". Therefore, no matter what you did to Steve, know that he forgave you before his Father called him home. Lets us follow his last goal and take comfort in knowing he completed his work here on earth by ending it with forgiveness.
