

He was born on November 30, 1943, in Guyana, South America. Throughout his life, Bansrajh was known for his devotion, strong work ethic, and unwavering values. He deeply loved his family and took great pride in being a respected and contributing member of his community.
Bansrajh enjoyed horse racing and was a proud owner of thoroughbred horses. He was the founder of Geet Mala TV and Radio, a platform through which he shared his lifelong passion for music, culture, and community engagement. His relentless enthusiasm for music and public speaking was evident as he hosted and supported numerous cultural events, including Diwali celebrations, beauty pageants, and weddings. Those who knew him well remember him for his wisdom, resilience, and quiet strength.
He is survived by his loving wife Joyce; his daughters Sandy and Babita; his cherished grandchildren Alexis, Briana, Rhyan, and Selma; his brother Lilboy; nieces and nephew; extended family members; and dear friends.
A prayer service will be held at Blount & Curry FH-Carrollwood, located at 3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa, FL 33618, on December 26, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A second day of prayer will take place at the same venue on December 27, 2025, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A graveside service will follow on December 27, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Trinity Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home, located at 12609 Memorial Dr, Trinity, FL 34655.
