Betty Bardin Hackney, 76 , passed peacefully to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 5, 2023. Born and raised in Tampa, she was a Chamberlain High School graduate and U.S. post office retiree. She has joined her husband of 58 years,William Hackney Jr., and her son, William Hackney III.
