David Allen Parker passed away peacefully on his birthday January 25th, 2015 in Tampa, Florida at the age of 54. David will be truly missed by his parents; John and Barbara Parker; his sisters Lisa and Steve Jessen and Pam and Jeff Brown; nieces and nephews Amanda Jessen, Brittany and Jarrod Butler, Spencer Brown and Mitchell Brown; and many aunts and uncles. David graduated from Tampa Catholic High School in 1979. A Memorial Mass is scheduled for 2pm Thursday, January 29th at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 12708 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, Florida 33618 with a visitation one hour after service. All are welcome to attend and celebrate David's life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army in his memory.
