Wingate, Douglas Jennings, 89, of Odessa, Florida entered into rest on Saturday, June 11, 2016. Douglas was known for being a Hillsborough High School Sports Star from 1943-1945 He also served his country during WWII. Douglas now joins his beloved wife, Gloria Wingate. He leaves behind his three children, Cheryl Rollins (Tom), Douglas J Wingate Jr. (Susan), and Charlotte Sciame; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 10am on Friday, June 17, 2016 at Keystone United Methodist Cemetery, 16301 Racetrack Rd, Odessa, FL 33556.
