Elizabeth Latzanich

January 9, 2025. Beth was born to Robert And Patricia (Cain) Schieferstine on August 20,

1960 in Orlando, Fl. After marrying her loving husband, Danny, in 2004.

Beth and her two boys, Patrick and Matthew, moved to Ruskin from Debary, FL. During that time, Beth continued her 30-year career with SunTrust Bank while enjoying a beautiful life on the water with her adventurous family. They took part in frequent boat rides in the Bay, about a million trips to their hunt camp in Preston, GA and more cruises than we can count. In addition to being a fabulous cook, Beth had one of the greenest thumbs around and a knack for finding great deals. In retirement, she combined those skills and started canning enough food that her family lovingly referred to her stockpile as the “Apocalypse Room”.

Beth was an incredibly loving and hardworking woman who will be missed by many. To have known her was nothing short of a blessing and although this is heavy on our heart, she always said “Inch by inch, it’ll be a cinch!”

Beth is preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Pat Schieferstine, and her brother, Bruce Schieferstine. She leaves behind her husband, Danny Guarino; her two sons, Patrick and Matthew Latzanich and daughter-in-law; Tara Latzanich, her brothers, Brian and Barry Schieferstine; her sisters-in-law, Carol and Beth Schieferstine; her mischievous cat, Hunter and several nieces and nephews,

The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon- 1:00pm on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Blount and Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 E LAKE AVE, TAMPA, FL 33610, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 1:00 PM .
