Frances Marie Brown

BROWN, Frances Marie, 84, of Tampa, entered into eternal rest on January 13, 2023. She was an active church member at Fowler Avenue Baptist Church and more recently at Open Door Baptist Church where she faithfully served in the kitchen. Frances enjoyed gardening; growing beautiful plumerias, roses, cacti, ferns, various trees, and a vegetable garden of which she shared the harvest with many. She is predeceased by husband C. Odis Brown and 2 siblings. Frances is survived by daughter Marilyn Cox, sons; David Brown (Wendy) and Glenn Dwayne Brown (Lisa), 6 siblings, 6 grandchildren, many great grand children, and a church family which includes Ms. Nancy. A visitation for Frances will be held Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm funeral service officiated by Reverend Gerald Toole will begin at 2:00pm at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 E Lake, Ave, Tampa, Fla. 33610. followed by a committal service 3:00pm in Garden Of Memories Cemetery.
