Frank Angelo Suszynski

SUSZYNSKI, Frank Angelo, 69 of Tampa, FL passed away to eternal life on September 16, 2015. He was born on February 25, 1946 in Pittsburgh, PA, and grew up in McKees Rocks, PA. He was predeceased by his father, John Frank Suszynski and mother, Mamie Ferlita Suszynski. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Lynette Gullo Suszynski; daughter, Jennifer Suszynski DeMayo (Jonathon); son, Nicholas John Suszynski; 4 grandchildren, Domenica Marie DeMayo, Marco Jonathon DeMayo, Gianna Grace Suszynski and Luca Joseph Suszynski; brothers, John Vincent Suszynski (Karen) and Angelo Dennis Suszynski (Lindy). Frank was a loving and devoted husband, father and “Nano”. He graduated from Youngstown State University in 1970 with a degree in History and worked as a bail-bondsman before spending 30 years in the banking industry. He was active in the Villa Madonna PTC serving as Treasurer and President and the Jesuit High School Dads' Club. A true "man for others", he was extremely generous to all in need. He was a devout Catholic and served as a member of the Knights of Columbus. The family will receive friends at Blount & Curry Funeral Home Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss Avenue, from 3 pm – 5 pm on Sunday, September 20, 2015. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 21, 2015 at 10am at St. Paul Catholic Church, 12708 N. Dale Mabry. In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Frank may be made to Jesuit High School, 4701 N. Himes Ave., Tampa FL 33614 or Villa Madonna School, 315 Columbus Dr., Tampa, FL 33602.
