Gwyn E. Champlin was welcomed home peacefully to our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the age of 99. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Gwyn was busy all her life, raising her children and always involved in singing (Sweet Adelines, church choir, and Ocala Master Choir). She loved volunteering for Ronald McDonald House, Welsh committees, VBS, museums, Ocala College, libraries, hospitals and working with The Clowns in both Cleveland and Ocala.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Patti and Fred Deal, three younger siblings, brother Lee (Georgene) Deal, sisters Alyce (Gerry) Brentari, and Jody Deal and her youngest son, Bruce Hutchcroft.
Survivors are children John Hutchcroft, Linda Bullock and Cele Moyse.
Grandchildren, Micah Moyse, Christopher (Kerri) Bullock, Jonathan Hutchcroft, Roxana Hutchcroft, Josh Hutchcroft, Austin (Micaela) Hutchcroft and Hunter Hutchcroft. Great-grandchildren, Uriah and Ezra Bullock, Wyatt and Piper Hutchcroft. Nieces Lisa (Ron) Bambury and Colleen Reese.
The memorial service will be held on December 13, 2025, at 12:00.
