Hope Leslie Williams born to Deborah Elaine Boulware Williams and Howard Leslie Williams on February 2, 1965 in Washington, DC transitioned from this life to her heavenly home on January 10, 2017 in Tampa, FL. Hope attended the Public-School Systems of Maryland and Tampa, Florida. She spent much of her earlier years in Maryland. Her Junior High and High School years were spent in Tampa, Florida where she matriculated at Hillsborough High School and King Senior High School. In her early twenties, she returned to the DC Metropolitan area and lived with her Aunt Patricia. Hope had a natural talent for art and could sketch, draw and paint anything. She sketched characters, pictures of nature, and other objects. Her favorite character to frequently draw was Betty Boop. She was also an excellent writer. Her work history included a myriad of occupations often in service to others. Hope had an extraordinary talent for organization, environmental services and cooking. To everyone who met Hope, they immediately felt a sweet spirit, not to say that Hope couldn’t be “lively” from time to time. Although she didn’t join, Hope attended services at several churches including Shiloh Baptist Church and Harvest Life Fellowship Church, in Washington, DC. Hope loved her family and friends, especially her sister Faith, her nana, nieces and nephews and was ferociously protective of them. Hope was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Deborah E. Williams. She leaves to cherish her memories, her Dad: Howard L. Williams of Washington, DC, her Devoted Sister: Faith Elaine Williams (Michael G., Sr.) of Baltimore, MD, Grandmother/Nana: Carrie R.
