Iris H. Durrett

89 of Tampa, FL passed away on February 16, 2016. She was born 1-10-1927 in Robertson County, TN. She was a loving, Christian wife, Mother, Granny and GG and aunt. She was preceded in death by husband Roy E. Durrett, son Eddie Durrett, sister Edwina Ragsdale, brother Joe Henry. She is survived by daughters Bettie Karup (Happy) and Deborah Durrett, granddaughter Michele Reynolds, grandson Troy Durrett, great granddaughters Makenzie, Keagan, Baelee, Zoie Bogart, step-grandchildren Jeff Karup (Shannon), Jennifer Brenner, Jon Karup, 7 step-great grand and 2 step-great-great grandkids, sister-in-law Jane Henry and several nieces and nephews. She was a member at Nebraska Avenue Church of Christ, Tampa. Funeral services will be conducted by Harry "Buddy" Payne on Sunday February 21, 2016 at 2:00PM. Garden of Memories Funeral Home 4207 East Lake Ave. Tampa, FL 33610. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Interment will be at Hillcrest Cemetery in White house, TN.
