Isabelle Virginia "Belle" Kelley Ray

Born October 24, 1945, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Belle graduated from Hillsborough High School, Tampa, Florida in 1964 and was a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served during the Vietnam War era. Devoted mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, Belle cherished family and leaves a legacy of love and service.

She is survived by her daughters Catherine Watkins (Joe Watkins) and Sharen Lowe; grandchildren Robert Ray (Yanira Ray), Timothy Ray (Ashley Ray) and Taya Legros (Jordan Legros); great-grandchildren Thomas Ray, Trenton Ray, Athena Ray, Tyler Legros, and Koen Legros; sister Carole Kirschner; dedicated friends and bonus family members; Thomas Ray, Sr. (Nia Ray), Cassidy, Kaylee, Ty, Jesse, Nicole; (Brantley, Savannah, Paisley), Stephanie, Sarah, Ela, Xavier, Kyler, and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces/nephews.

Belle was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur C. Ray, III; grandson Thomas A. Ray, Jr.; parents Samuel and Carolyne Kelley; Siblings; Bill Kelley, Jim Kelley, John Kelley, Andy Kelley, Phillip Kelley, Dorothy Ashley, and Eva Nieto; Nephews; John A. Ashley, III, William F. Kelley, Jr., Steven Kelley.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 04/21/2026, at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 E. Lake Avenue,

Tampa, FL 33610. Viewing at 11:30 a.m., funeral service at 12:00 p.m., followed by interment at 1:00 p.m. at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
