HALL, James Daniel “Papa”, 92 entered into rest on December 1, 2016. He was a WW II Army veteran and worked until retirement for the Defense Intelligence Agency. He was a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Hall Meder, son-in-law Jay Meder and his two grandsons, David and Daniel Meder.
