James A. Schroyer, Jr., 76 of Tampa passed away March 12, 2011. He proudly served in the Marine Corps during the Korean War. James is survived by his wife of 54 years Sallie P. Schroyer; sons, James (Kathy) Schroyer, Joseph Schroyer and Michael Schroyer; grandchildren JJ, Becca, Jennie, Stephanie, Matthew, Steve and Josh; seven great-grandchildren with one on the way; brother Donald; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A visitation will be held, Thursday, March 17 6-8PM at Marsicano-B.Marion Reed-Stowers Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will take place, Friday, March 18 10AM at the funeral home with burial following at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. In James’ memory, donations can be made to the American Lung Association, Smile Train, or a charity of one’s choice.
