Wilkerson Jr, Julian B., affectionately known as Bub, is survived by his brothers Larry and Darrell Whidden (Linda), and sister Carolyn VanDeBoe-Thomas. Julian (Bub) was the father to two girls, Kimberly (Gregory) Montgomery, and Debi Zaitschek. His life was further enriched with six grandchildren Jared James(JJ), Brandon (Lexi), Andres (Rayna), Tristan, twins Emily and William (deceased), and five great-grandchildren, Aaliyah, Arianna, Joyner, Andres II, and Rowan.
Julian is preceded in death by his father Julian B. Wilkerson, Sr., mother Letha Geneva Whidden and stepfather Murrel E. Whidden. He was part of a large loving and extended family, consisting of many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who will remember him fondly.
Bub enjoyed serving our veterans by volunteering at the Amvets Post where he formed lasting friendships and will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Amvets Post 44 located at 5521 SR 60 in Plant City, FL, 33567. These contributions will honor his memory and his passion for supporting the veteran community.
