Kelsea was born in Tampa, Florida to her loving parents Michael Van Arkel and Jennifer Wallace on December 4, 1997.
Kelsea was a beautiful, compassionate, and strong-willed person who liked to be silly. She loved photography, animals, and especially loved Halloween. We will forever remember her gentle green eyes, kind yet sometimes mischievous smile, and adventurous spirit. She will live on in our hearts through wonderful memories.
Kelsea is survived by her Mother Jennifer, Father Michael, Sister Megan, Grandmothers Mary Lynn and Rosemary, Grandfathers Steven, Steve and Greg, Uncles Bryan, Steven, and Benjamin.
A Celebration of life will be held August 20, 2022, from 4:00-7:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Pasco County Animal Services.
