Kirk Joshua Luklung Changsue

Kirk Joshua Luklung Changsue, a proud Tampa native with a larger-than-life presence and unmistakable sense of style, passed away on April 6, 2026, in Tampa, Florida, following a tragic car accident. He was 28 years old.

Born and raised in Tampa, Kirk lived his life with energy, personality, and an eye for the finer things. Whether he was behind the wheel, putting together the perfect outfit, or enjoying a night out, he carried himself with confidence and flair. He loved cars, good food, and looking his best—and he made it all seem effortless.

Kirk was a devoted sports fan who enjoyed watching just about any game, but his loyalty always belonged to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. When he wasn’t tuned into sports, you could find him gaming on his PS5, chasing wins and enjoying the moment. He had a taste for the good life—nice dinners at places like Ruth’s Chris, his go-to chicken wings, a Yerba Mate in hand during the day, and occasionally a tequila to unwind. Kirk also found joy in music, especially the sounds of YoungBoy, and he embraced life on his own terms, unapologetically and fully.

Above all, Kirk was an incredible father. His daughter, Ella-Grace, was the center of his world and his greatest pride. The love he had for her was unmatched, and it showed in every moment they shared. That love will continue to live on through her.

Kirk is survived by his beloved daughter, Ella-Grace Lea Changsue, and her mother, Kyra Clemons; his girlfriend, Lidia Teijeiro; his father, Kirk Changsue and his wife Katrina; his mother, Nicole Jackson; and his siblings, Amber, Kaleb, Gabrielle, Auberie, and Tristan. He will also be remembered by many extended family members and friends whose lives he touched deeply.

Kirk lived boldly, loved fiercely, and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. His story reminds us that strength comes in many forms, and as reflected in Philippians 4:13, he carried a quiet resilience through life’s highs and lows. He will be missed beyond words, but never forgotten.
