Marguerite Kefauver

Marguerite Kefauver, age 63, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024 in Odessa, Florida. Marguerite was born in Redwood City, California to Richard and Janice O'Neill on 10/05/1960. She attended Del Mar High school and after graduating in 1978 she studied at West Valley College.

Marguerite met her husband, Jeff, in Los Gatos, CA where they played a game of tennis for their first date in 1980. Marguerite and Jeff were married on October 23, 1982, and shortly after they relocated to the Tampa Bay Area where they continued to build a beautiful life together.

Marguerite enjoyed a career in banking and office management before dedicating her life’s work to creating a loving and supportive home for her family. Her greatest achievement was raising her children, Kyle and Julia, and making every moment special and every space filled with warmth and love for her family. She will always be remembered for her nurturing spirit and unwavering devotion to those dear to her.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff Kefauver; her two children, Kyle Kefauver and spouse Kathleen, Julia Adams, and spouse Daniel; her three grandchildren Austin and Carter Kefauver and Daisy Adams; and her two sisters Nancy Elliott and Bridget Martin.

A service celebrating Marguerite's life will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Blount & Curry Funeral Home in Carrollwood, FL. Visitation will start at 11 AM followed by a service at noon. There will be a 2-hour reception after the service.
