Mary Frances Wright

A celebration of the life of Mary Frances Wright will be held on Friday, October 24, at 7 pm at St. Mark's Episcopal Church on 13312 Cain Rd, Tampa, FL 33625. Mary is survived by her mother, Mary; her loving husband Don; her children Christopher, Jason, Melissa, and Stephen; her sisters Helen, Sara, and Abigail; her nieces and nephews Cindy, Michael, Bobby, Joshua, Lauren, Christopher, and Louis; several great nieces and nephews; and her "little red duck dog" Chloe. She is preceded in death by her father Roy and brother Lee. Mary was born on May 22, 1954 in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated from Walter State with a degree in Nursing. She married "Mr. Wright" in February, 1991. Mary was a voracious reader, film buff, and artist with a gourmet palate. She loved Jesus and her family dearly. Mary's knowledge of music, actors, and all things movies was encyclopedic. She was a talented artist with an affinity for a good pun, humor, and cartoons. She could be depended on for her excellent research skills in various eclectic subjects. She was happiest doodling, talking on the phone, and spending time with family, friends, and her "little red duck dog" Chloe. To echo Mary's passion, the family asks those inclined to perform random acts of kindness in her name in lieu of flowers. The family would like to also thank her friends and hospital staff for their efforts and dedication in her care. We loved her "to the moon and back!"
