Maximiliano “Max” Lora was loved by many and touched all those he met with his passion and genuine spirit. Born in Cuba, he immigrated to the United States at the age of 21, where he met his wife, Marta, and together they built a life among family and lifelong friends.
Max had a deep love for the water and found peace at sea. He spent countless days fishing, surrounded by the ocean he cherished so much.
He is survived by his children, Lisette and Max; his grandchildren, Maxi, Gia, Annette, and Freddy; his brothers, Jose Enrique and Julio; and his nieces and nephews, Oscar, Xenia, Marygold, Viviana, Enrique, Ayxa, Lexer, Axel, Alejandro, and Julio.
Services will be held for Max at Grace Family Church, located at 5101 Van Dyke Rd, Lutz, on Friday, 1/23/25.
Visitation starts at 12:15 pm with a church service at 1:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s association.
