

Nancy was born in Penn Yan, New York on May 9, 1950, Daughter of the late Sidney and Helen Baxter. She was a resident in the Florida Keys.
After High School Nancy attended Cortland College in New York and earned a degree in Physical Education.
Nancy had a long profession as a Real Estate Broker and practiced in Florida, California and in Hawaii. She enjoyed assisting countless people find their dream homes.
Nancy was a free spirit and known for her gift of gab. She had a knack of settling down in great destination locations before they became popular hot spots.The Florida Keys, Aspen Colorado, Big Bear California and Maui were some of her favorite places to live.
Nancy loved to share her home and be a personal tour guide if you happened to visit or vacation with her. She was an avid photographer and a voracious reader. She loved cats, puzzles, traveling, sunsets, fishing, boating, snorkeling, swimming, beaches and flowers. .
In the past few years Nancy had the opportunity to work with an Author sharing details and information of an event that occured in Aspen Colorado when she was the chief dispatcher of the Aspen Police department in the 1970s.
Nancy is predeceased by her beloved brother Harry Baxter and her former husband Bill Brisbee.
A private graveside service is planned for this spring.
