Nancy S Manis

MANIS, Nancy Woodward Smith, went Home to the loving arms of God on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at 1:35AM at University Community Hospital. She passed peacefully three weeks following a fall at her home in Temple Terrace where she was a resident for over 40 years. She was a member of Temple Terrace United Methodist Church for 40 years. She was a true lady full of grace and class who had a heart full of love for everyone. She was born June 10, 1934 in Frederick, MD to W.W. and Nancy Owen Smith. She is survived by her beloved brother Wayne “Ernie” and Charlene “Cooky” Smith and her three loving children Debi Manis, Daniel Manis(Cindy), and David Manis. She had five precious grandchildren and their spouses and four beautiful great-grandchildren, with one more on the way. She is also survived by many loving and loyal friends and other family members. Nancy also lived many years in Kingsport, TN. She was greatly loved by everyone who knew her and will be truly and sadly missed-especially her unique wit and wisdom. May her Lord and Saviour bless and keep her and rest her precious soul.
