FERRERA, Norma Vazquez, age 86, born in Tampa, FL, died peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, May 12, 2015. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Manuel, of 54 years. She is survived by her four children, Laura Hoak (William), David Manuel Ferrera, Lionel "Lenny" Ferrera (Meredith), and Manuel Ferrera Jr. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Kathryn Altman, Marisa Ferrera, Brent Ferrera, Andrea Ferrera, Lionel Ferrera Jr., Austin Ferrera, and Brandon Ferrera, in addition to six great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by five sisters and three brothers, and is survived by two brothers, Lionel Vazquez and Robert Vazquez, sister-in-law, Viola Diaz, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a loving wife and mother and will be missed by her family and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15, 2015 from 7:00-9:00 pm. The funeral will be on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at 2:00 pm. All services will be held at Garden of Memories 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
