Quoc was born August 20, 1948 in Vietnam and moved to the United States with his family in the 1990s after serving in the Vietnam army along side with U.S. military during the Vietnam War. He is a father of two and enjoyed spending lots of time watching his four grandchildren grow up with his wife. Quoc also spent his time volunteering at the temple with his friends.
A funeral service will be held Friday, February 25, 2022 at 9 AM at Blount & Curry, Terrace Oaks Chapel, 12690 N 56th Street, Temple Terrace, Florida.
