86, of Tampa, passed away on Sunday, November26, 2017.Richard was born in Haines City, FL. He graduated from Lakeland Senior High School.He worked for the Tampa Tribune as a printer for over 40 years. He enjoyed camping,fishing and living part-time in Georgia during his retirement years. He was a member and Deacon of Manhattan Baptist Church for nearly 50 years.He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Barbara Brooks;children, Deborah Biel, Paul Brooks, and Karen Stucchio;grandchildren, Bryan Brooks, Kari Brooks, Bobby Peterson, Heather Peterson, and Aubrey Biel; his great-grandchildren,Jaxon Smith, Michael Stewart,Eliajah Kamer, Camile Vences, and Averie Vences and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A private burial will take place at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
