Rosanne was born in Tampa on January 12, 1961 and was a life-long Tampa resident. Rosanne was a very kind, thoughtful, loving, and generous person. She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Vera (Pitisci) Muley and Joe Muley Jr, as well as her grandparents, Sam and Rose Pitisci, and Josephine and Joe Muley Sr. She leaves behind her sister Vivian (Bob) Fiallo, brother Joe (Sadie) Muley, nephews Robert (Rachel) Fiallo Jr., Joseph Muley IV, Brian Muley, niece Erin Fiallo, as well as her great nephew Joseph Muley V and his mom, niece-in-law Heidi Watt. Others include dear cousins and friends whom she enjoyed seeing and spending time with at spaghetti dinners and various events. The family is especially grateful to her friends Cindy Chavez and Cecilia Rodriguez and neighbors Dina Ligori and Audrey Perez with whom she shared deep mutual affection.
Rosanne loved ballet and performed many lead roles in performances during her younger days. She was an excellent student throughout her school years. Rosanne also enjoyed cheerleading, first at Middleton where she was head cheerleader, an also Homecoming Queen. While attending Hillsborough High, she really enjoyed being a cheerleader and dancerette. Roseanne was also involved in numerous clubs in high school while still maintaining her academic achievements.
Rosanne most treasured talking with and spending time with family and friends. Because she was such a natural people person, she spent much of her career working in service-industry positions where she could engage and serve customers with a smile, good story, and open ears.
Her favorite role, however, was being an aunt. While continuing to dote and brag on her now adult niece and nephews, in 2011 she became Aunt RoRo to her great nephew Joseph Muley V (JoJo) whom she visited every chance she got. Aunt RoRo so looked forward to her trips to Orlando to stay with JoJo and his dad Joseph Muley IV, his partner Rebecca and to visit with several others who loved her. They shared many adventures over the years, including Disney trips, a cruise, college football games, Rays games, and simple nights at home playing board games and watching movies together.
A life celebration visitation for Rosanne will be held at the Blount and Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories at 4207 East Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL on Sunday, October 29, 2023. Friends and family will be gathering from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, followed by a celebration of life service at 1:30 PM. Inurnment to follow in Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, 4228 East Lake Avenue, where she will be put to rest with her parents.
In lieu of flowers, Rosanne requested donations be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital.
