Roy was predeceased by his wife Catherine Williams- Jochumsen, his sons Robert and Charles Williams, his parents, his siblings, and grandparents.
Roy is survived by his granddaughter Krystal C Williams (Dave), his great-grandson, Tucker Roy Shattuck, best friend Violet Scoggins, friend and "family" Melanie Camp, and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Roy's family wishes to thank VHIN Cares owners and staff for all the dedication, love, and support they gave the family and Roy. Also, Melanie Camp for her selflessness for bringing him to anything he needed and always visiting with him. Melanie, he had a special place for you in his heart.
