
Steven Hubert Lee On June 19, 2014 Steve was reunited with his family and friends in Heaven. After a courageous 6 year battle with health issues he gave in to a long deserved rest and eternal peace. Steve was born on December 28, 1956 to June and Hubert Lee in Williston, ND. He grew up on the family farm NW of town, attended Pioneer School through the 8th grade and then Williston High School where he graduated in 1975. He attended college in Helena, MT to become an aviation technician. In 1989 he moved to Tampa, FL to take a job as an aviation technician with Atlas Aviation on Davis Island in Tampa Bay. It didn’t take long for them to recognize his talents, ability and work ethic as he soon became the Director of Maintenance. He loved his job and the people he worked with and they quickly became his second family. Steve’s most important and cherished accomplishment was his 2 children, Brenton and Aubreye. His life revolved around being able to spend time with them. As they grew older and started their own families he became a very proud Grandpa. His family had grown and he loved and adored his Grandkids. Steve is survived by his son Brent, wife Courtney and their children Ava and Everett, Melbourne, FL: daughter Aubreye Nystrom, husband Bryan and their children, Keira and Cory and her son Brandon, Boston, MA: mother June Lee, Williston: sisters Randy Lee, New Port Richey, FL: Sandy Kirkegaard (Vinny) Williston: Nettie Lindvig (Jack) Bismarck, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, one uncle and many cousins. He is preceded in death by his father Hubert, his brother Cliff, both sets of Grandparents and many other family and friends that he was so fond of. Celebration of Life service is on Friday, July 11, 2014 from 12:00-1:00 pm at Atlas Aviation in Tampa, FL.
