BARBUSH, Thomas, 56, of Tampa, Florida passed away suddenly on December 2, 2015 in Orangeburg, South Carolina from a motor vehicle accident. He was born in Hammond, Indiana. He was a loving son, husband, father, brother and dear friend to many. He was a welder by trade and enjoyed playing golf, tennis and enjoyed going to baseball games. He is survived by his wife of 18 years; Kathy, daughters; Jennifer and Jessica and sons, Thomas Jr., and Daniel Ullsmith and three grandchildren; Thomas III, Trista and Sasha. He was preceded in death by his father John Barbush. He is survived by his mother; Gwendolyn and step father; George Zerbinos . Also survived by nine brothers and sisters; Pam Blue, John (Karen), George (Kathy), Diane (Alan Warrington), Catherine (Bob Hayes), Jane(Bill Sterling), Sue(Keith Wolick), Robert (Sandra) and David Barbush and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will take place on Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 4-5pm with a memorial service to follow at 5pm in the Blount & Curry Funeral Home –Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W.
